Refund and Replacement
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

Replacement/Exchange: If you receive a defective product, we will send you a new replacement as soon as possible. We will pick up the defective one within 2-3 working days. Or If you want to exchange with other products listed on our website with the same price, we will accept the exchange.

Terms and Conditions On Refund/Replacement/Exchange:

1. Products like any pain relief belt, and socks are not eligible for a refund. If you receive a damaged product then we will provide you with a new replacement or you can exchange it with any other product on our website.

2. Products which are made of plastic, or glass material are also not eligible for a refund. If you receive damaged or defective product, we will send you a new replacement or you can exchange it with any other product on our website.

To complete your replacement/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement or exchanged product to reach you may vary.
